Today the economy is heavily dependent on tourism, and in this technology age, the onus is to establish businesses and provide opportunities for New and Existing Companies from across the globe to enter the St. Kitts - Nevis Market and help rebound economic activity.

This project hopes to pursue the opportunities that exist in the island Federation of St. Kitts Nevis and (Project 1) construct Multi-Business Facility called The KVK MALL which would be the first of its kind in the Federation and (Project 2) engage in further real estate development in the country.
